Our teachers and staff are instructed to value each child, to appreciate each
child's special qualities, and to help train each child in godliness. It is
important to do the most effective job possible in helping each child to become
well educated, but with truth and goodness being more important than mere academic
skill.
Teachers begin each day with prayer, and expect students to join them in prayer.
Special times of prayer may also be offered during the day as appropriate.
Our teachers are flexible, able to work with a variety of children at a variety
of ability levels. Our teachers are creative and are encouraged not to be bound
by current fads or
conventions where these might restrict the effectiveness of their teaching. We
also encourage them to care deeply about each of their students and to pray for
their students daily.
